Mümin Raif is Consultant and Manager Strategy & Finance at BLIX Consultancy. He holds a BSc degree in Electronics Engineering from Sabancı University, Istanbul. For six years he worked as a Project Engineer at a wind farm developer and owner of four operational onshore wind farms in Istanbul. He played various roles there during the development, contracting, construction and operation phase of these projects.

At BLIX, Mümin mainly works on onshore and offshore strategy projects and market research, whereby his financial expertise  is an essential component. By participating in various phases of wind energy projects, he has developed an all-round perspective for wind energy projects, which is crucial for the smooth running.
